Terms and Conditions:

1. If you are a nice person (which inherently excludes all spammers) then you are invited to be a customer.

2. Discretionary Returns for full refund must be un-opened, un-used, received in like-new condition. Customer pays the return shipping costs.

3. Pre-authorized Returns (PAR, a.k.a. RMA) for Cause (i.e. received a product not ordered, defective upon receipt, etc.) will be returned at the expense of A. B. Company. Upon verification of cause, refund will include all shipping costs, to and from.

5. PAR number must accompany the return shipment.
