Terms and Conditions

By the act of enrolling in the BiAloe Study Group, you attest that you have read, understand, and will abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Members will be offered consumer-size packages of pure BiAloe™ powder and various blended formulations containing BiAloe™ powder at approximately 1/2 of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) during the period of the studies.

2. From time to time, members MAY BE offered sample quantities of blends or packaging methods at further price reduction, or free.

3. Members are not required to purchase any products nor accept free samples.

4. Members of this study must understand and be tolerant of the fact that, due to the experimental purposes and nature of the study, processing facilities, blending controls and proportion ratios may deviate from normal production standards.

5. If members do choose to purchase products or accept free samples, they agree that:

   • The products are for their own personal use, or for the use of a family member, or, for the use of a person under the care of the purchasing member, and that they will not be resold or given away to non-members.

   • The products, or a substantial portion thereof, will be consumed within a 6 month period of time.

   • Documentation will be maintained about the factual conditions of health and well-being of the consumer immediately before, during and after consumption or application of the products.

   • A summary of all factual observed changes in the condition of health and well being of the consumer, both positive and negative, presented in as unbiased a form as is possible, will be submitted to AloeV 'n' Well either through the group forum, or via the U.S. mail service.

   • The observed changes, or lack thereof, will not be reported to or discussed with any other company, organization, agency, group, etc., or representative thereof.

6. Other than the unbiased reporting of factual observations noted above, members shall refrain from making any claims regarding the diagnosis, treatment or curing of any diseases as a result of use of BiAloe powder, or any of the other ingredients that may be blended therewith.

7.
